Customers may refuse a COD shipment at the time of delivery.

Once a customer accepts and receives a COD order, the order is subject to the applicable Refund, Return & Replacement Policy.

10. Returns and Replacements

Veda Saathi does not provide refunds for delivered orders.

Opened products are not eligible for return or replacement except where required by applicable law.

If a product is received damaged or incorrect, the customer must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide the required photographs and unboxing video.

Approved claims are handled through replacement rather than refund, subject to applicable law.

11. Shipping

We currently provide shipping across India.

Delivery is currently free, but Veda Saathi may introduce shipping charges in the future. Any applicable shipping charge will be displayed before completion of the order.
